Pistachio Tartar
Bon appetit
Ingredients:
- 400g beef fillet, fresh
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons capers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub
Baking utensils:
- A sharp knife
- A bowl for mixing
- A blender
- tablespoons and teaspoons
- Plate or serving platter
- Optional: Fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes and arugula to garnish the dish.

Step 1
- Mix beef fillet, onions, capers, egg yolk and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form small towers and place on plates.
step 2
- Place a dollop of the finished pistachio sauce "Pistachub" on the plates next to the tartare.
step 3
- Garnish tartare with fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes and rocket.
- Serve with baguette or bread and enjoy!
