Ingredients:
- Ready-made ravioli dough
- 200g Ricotta
- 50g grated Parmesan
- 1 No
- Salt pepper
- Pistachub pistachio sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh chopped parsley
For the topping:
Baking utensils:
1. Rolling pin
2. Ravioli shaper or cookie cutter
3. Large pot
4. Pfanne
5. Wooden spoon
6. Colander
- Roll out the ravioli dough and fill it with a filling of ricotta, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
- Place a second layer of dough on top and cut out ravioli.
- Cook the ravioli in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until they rise to the surface. Drain.
- In a pan, fry the garlic in olive oil, then add the Pistachub pistachio sauce, heat and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the cooked ravioli onto plates, pour over the pistachio sauce and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
