Pistachub Pudding

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 480 ml almond milk or milk

- 60g sugar

- 30 g corn flour

- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

- A pinch of salt

- Pistachub pistachio sauce

- Optional: chopped pistachios for garnish



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- Herd

- Pot

- Whisk or wooden spoon for stirring

- Bowls or glasses for serving and cooling the pudding

Step 1

- Mix milk, sugar, corn flour, salt and vanilla extract in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

step 2

- For vegan pudding: Stir in Pistachub pistachio sauce.


- For non-vegan pudding: Stir in tempered egg yolks and Pistachub pistachio sauce.

step 3

- Pour pudding into bowls, let cool and garnish with chopped pistachios.
