Pistachub Powerballs

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup pistachio puree
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- Pistachio sauce Pistachub for serving
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub
Baking utensils:
- baking tray
- baking paper

Step 1
- In a bowl, mix together the oats, pistachio butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt and chopped pistachios until well combined. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

- Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Serve the warm pistachio power balls with a generous dollop of pistachio sauce Pistachub as a dip.
