Pistachio Fritters

Ingredients:


- 4 large potatoes

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Pistachub pistachio sauce



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- baking tray

- Knife and cutting board

- Small pot

- Oven

- Serving platter

- Optional: brush

Step 1

- Wash the potatoes and cut them into french fry-shaped strips. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

step 2

- While the fries are in the oven, heat the Pistachub pistachio sauce in a small saucepan.

step 3

- Arrange the crispy fries on a serving platter and serve with the warm Pistachub pistachio sauce as a dip.
