Pistachub Pancake

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 1 cup flour

- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- 2 teaspoons of baking powder

- A pinch of salt

- 1 No

- 1 cup of milk

- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pistachio pistachub sauce



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- Baking pan

- Pfanne

- Bowl

- Pastry brush (for applying oil)

Step 1

- In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder and a pinch of salt.


- In another bowl, stir together 1 egg, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.


- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well until a smooth dough is formed.

- Preheat pan over medium heat and add some oil or butter.


- Pour a ladleful of dough into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

- Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and drizzle generously with the pistachio pistachub sauce.


- Optionally sprinkle with chopped pistachios and serve immediately.
