Pistachio cake

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 200 g pistachio flour

- 200g sugar

- 200 g soft butter

- 4 Owner

- 1 teaspoon Baking powder

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

- 100 ml milk

- Pistachio sauce Pistachub

- Powdered sugar for dusting



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- A cake pan

- A large bowl

- A separate bowl

- A hand mixer or food processor

- A spatula or spoon for stirring

- A cake rack to cool the cake

Step 1

- Mix butter, sugar, eggs, pistachio flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract and milk, then add the pistachio sauce Pistachub.

step 2

- Pour the dough mixture into a cake tin and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for approx. 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 3

- Let the cake cool, turn it out onto a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar.
