Pistachio Chicken

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 4 chicken breast fillets

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 cup chicken broth

- Pistachub pistachio sauce

- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley for garnish


For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub


Baking utensils:


- A large pan

- Wooden spoon or spatula

- Knife and cutting board

- Plate for serving

Step 1

- Fry chicken


- Season the chicken breast fillets and fry until golden brown. Remove from pan.

step 2

- Saute garlic, add chicken stock, then stir in Pistachub pistachio sauce and allow to thicken.

step 3

- Put the chicken back in the pan and warm it in the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve.
