Pistachub Croissant

Ingredients:


- 200g flour

- 150g sugar

- 100 g Butter

- 3 Owner

- 120 ml milk

- 1 teaspoon of baking soda

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- Pistachio sauce “Pistachub”



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- baking tray

- baking paper

- Messer

- Small bowl

- Spoon or spatula

- Optional: cutting board

- Optional: Fresh herbs and spices


Step 1

-Slice each croissant horizontally without cutting all the way through to create a pocket for the filling.

step 2

- Mix the cream cheese in a bowl with the Pistachub pistachio sauce to the desired intensity of flavor and generously spread the bottom half of each croissant with the mixture.

step 3

- Top the cream cheese layer with thinly sliced avocado slices, optionally smoked salmon, add fresh arugula leaves, season to taste and close the croissants to serve as an exceptional breakfast, brunch or snack.
