Ingredients:


- Fresh mozzarella

- Different types of hard cheese (e.g. Parmesan, Cheddar, Gouda)

- Different types of sausage products (e.g. salami, ham, coppa)

- Pistachio sauce Pistachub

- The olive

- Dried fruits (e.g. figs, apricots)

- Nuts (e.g. walnuts, almonds)

- Fresh baguette or crackers



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- Large serving plate or platter

- Knife for cutting cheese, sausages and fruits

- cutting board

- Bowls or small bowls for olives, nuts and dried fruits

- Spoon for spreading the pistachio sauce

- Fresh baguette or crackers to serve

Step 1

- Slice the fresh mozzarella and arrange it on a large serving plate.


- Cut different types of hard cheese and sausages into bite-sized pieces.


-Prepare olives, dried fruits and nuts to garnish the platter.

- Distribute the prepared pieces of cheese and sausage around the mozzarella on the serving plate.


-Add olives, dried fruits and nuts to garnish the platter.

step 3

- Pour the Pistachub pistachio sauce generously over the mozzarella and the other ingredients on the plate.


- Serve the cheese platter with fresh baguette or crackers so your guests can enjoy the different combinations of cheese, meat and pistachio sauce.
