Pistachub Bowl

Bon appetit

Ingredients:

- 200 g Quinoa

- 1 can of chickpeas

- 2 sweet potatoes

- 1 bunch of kale

- 1 Avocado

- 1 beetroot


For the topping:


- 4 THE Pistachub

- 2 tbsp maple syrup

- 2 tbsp lime juice

- 2 E.L. Wasser



Baking utensils:


- Grillpfanne

- Normal pan

- Serving platter

- Small bowl

- cutting board

- Messer

Step 1

- Cook quinoa according to package directions.


- Roast sweet potatoes and chickpeas in the oven.


- Fry kale in a pan with a little olive oil.

- Prepare avocado and beetroot.

Step 2

- Arrange quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted chickpeas, sautéed kale, avocado and beetroot in a bowl.

Step 3

- Mix all the ingredients for the pistachio sauce Pistachub and pour over the bowl.
