Pistachub waffle

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 250 g flour

- 2 teaspoons of baking soda

- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- 1 pinch of salt

- 2 Owner

- 350ml milk

- 75g melted butter

- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

- 100g chopped pistachios



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:




Step 1

- Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl.


- In a separate bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.


- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix into a smooth dough.

- Carefully fold the chopped pistachios into the dough.


- Preheat the waffle iron and bake the waffles until golden brown.

step 3

- Drizzle the warm waffles with the “Pistachub” pistachio sauce and, if necessary, sprinkle with additional chopped pistachios.
