Pistachub Pizza

Bon appetit

Ingredients:

- 1 puff pastry roll

- Pistachio sauce Pistachub

- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- powdered sugar (for dusting)



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- baking tray

- baking paper

- Paint brush

Step 1

- Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking tray. Spread the pistachio sauce (Pistachub) evenly on top.

- Spread the mixture of chopped pistachios, melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon over the pistachio sauce.

- Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes until the dough is golden brown and crispy. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
