Pistachio Muesli

Ingredients:


- 1 cup of oatmeal

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or a mix)

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

- 1/2 cup dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, or apricot pieces)

- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

- Pistachio sauce Pistachub

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1 cup Greek yogurt

- Fresh berries for garnish (optional)



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- Large bowl

- tablespoons and teaspoons

- Baking tray (optional)

- Glasses or bowls

- Spoon

- Cling film or airtight container

Step 1

- In a large bowl, mix the oats, chopped nuts, chia seeds, flax seeds, dried fruits and coconut flakes.

- Pour the pistachio sauce Pistachub over the dry ingredients and mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the sauce. If desired, you can also add the honey or maple syrup to increase the sweetness.

step 3

- Pour the Greek yogurt over the granola or pour into glasses in layers, starting with the granola and then the yogurt, until all the ingredients are used up.


- Garnish with fresh berries if desired.
