Pistachub Fruit Mix

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe figs
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- Pistachub pistachio sauce
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub
Baking utensils:
- Grillpfanne
- Normal pan
- Serving platter
- Small bowl
- cutting board
- Messer

Step 1
- Halve the figs, slice the pears and mango.
step 2
- Arrange the figs on a serving platter and surround with pear and mango slices.
step 3
- Pour generously with Pistachub, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
