Pistachub mackerel

Ingredients:
- 4 mackerel fillets
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub
Baking utensils:
- baking paper

Step 1
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven).
- Place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray and place the mackerel fillets on it.

- Finely chop the fresh dill and sprinkle it over the mackerel fillets. Season with a little salt and pepper and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the mackerel fillets in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.

- Once the mackerel fillets are ready, remove them from the oven and arrange them on plates.
- Pour the pistachio sauce over the mackerel fillets and garnish the dish with another sprinkling of fresh dill.
