Pistachub Zanderfilet

Bon appetit

Ingredients:


- 300g green peas (fresh or frozen)

- 1 tablespoon butter

- Salt and pepper

- 4 Zanderfilets

- Salt and pepper

- Flour for dusting

- 2 tablespoons olive oil



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- A pan

- A sieve

- A small bowl

-A cooking pot

Step 1

- Blanch 300g green peas in boiling water until just soft.


- Drain in a colander and warm in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter.


- Season with salt and pepper and keep warm.

step 2

- Pat 4 zander fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.


- Dust lightly with flour and shake off excess flour.


- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the pike perch fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

step 3

- Distribute the fried pike-perch fillets on plates and arrange the green peas next to them.


- Drizzle the prepared sweet-salty pistachio sauce (Pistachub) over the pike-perch fillets and green peas and serve.
