Pistachio cheesecake

Ingredients:
Ingredients for the base:
- 200g butter biscuit crumbs
- 100g melted butter
Ingredients for the cheesecake:
- 600g cream cheese
- 200g sugar
- 4 Owner
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250ml sour cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons flour
For the topping:
- 20 g Pistachub
Baking utensils:
- Springform pan with a diameter of about 24 centimeters
- Baking mat or a baking tray

Step 1
- Mix the butter biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter).

- In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, lemon zest and flour until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared base in the springform pan.
- Bake the cheesecake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 45-50 minutes, until the center is almost set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit in the oven for another 30 minutes before removing it.

- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely.
- Serve the cheesecake with the already prepared sweet-salty pistachio sauce "Pistachub" on top.
