Ingredients:
- 125g flour
- 2 Owner
- 250ml milk
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 3-4 tbsp sweet and salty pistachio sauce

- In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla extract and 3-4 tablespoons of sweet-salty pistachio sauce until the dough takes on a uniform green color.
- Preheat a pan to medium heat and add some oil or butter.
- Add a ladle of the pistachio crepe batter to the pan and rotate to distribute the batter evenly. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
- Repeat until the dough is used up and set the finished pistachio crepes aside.
- Roll up or fold the pistachio crepes and arrange them on plates.
- Pour over the cold sweet and salty pistachio sauce and sprinkle with chopped pistachios if desired.
