Pistachub Sushi

Ingredients:


- Sushi-Reis

- Nori Algae Sheets

- Surimi (Krabbenimitat)

- Cucumber

- Avocado

- Black or white sesame seeds (optional)



For the topping:

    20 g Pistachub



Baking utensils:


- Sushi-Matte

- Sharp knife


Step 1

- Cook sushi rice and let it cool.

- Cut surimi, cucumber and avocado into strips.


- Place the nori seaweed sheet on the sushi mat, spread a thin layer of rice on top and place the surimi, cucumber and avocado on top.

- Roll up the sushi roll tightly with the mat and cut into pieces.

- Prepare your own brand of ready-made sweet-salty pistachio sauce “Pistachub” as a dip.

- Serve the California rolls with the sweet and salty pistachio sauce “Pistachub” and enjoy!
