Ingredients:
- 225g soft butter
- 200g brown sugar
- 100g white sugar
- 2 Owner
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 280g flour
- 60g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150g chopped pistachios (roasted and salted)
- 200g semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped semi-sweet chocolate
For the topping:
Baking utensils:
- baking tray
- baking paper
- Food processor or hand mixer
- Cooking pot
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt and mix everything well.
- Fold in chopped pistachios and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into small balls, place them on the baking tray and flatten them slightly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on the tray, then cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once the cookies have cooled, they can be served drizzled with the pistachio sauce.
- Simply drizzle the sauce over the cookies and enjoy!
