Ingredients:
- 4 Heilbuttfilets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sweet and salty pistachio sauce (Pistachub)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
For the topping:
Baking utensils:
- Baking tray or baking dish
- Baking paper or aluminum foil
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Pat the halibut fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the halibut fillets on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- While the halibut is in the oven, heat the sweet-salty pistachio sauce in a small saucepan.
- Once the halibut is ready, place it on the plates, pour the warmed pistachio sauce over it and garnish with fresh parsley.
